  I've Never had a poor experience here at this location. Today Abby was our server she was very courteous and polite. Exactly what I've come too expect at this Big Boy location. They've got a phenomenal crew here!

  I go here often to eat and I have to say I saw something disgusting today. A young woman by the name of Jenna greeted my husband and I at the door. It was great. I requested a table and I guess the manager was giving her a hard time about letting us sit there. She was firm and brought me to my table we are elderly and can't walk to the back. The manager was really mean spirited towards this sweet girl and I will not be coming back. Shame on you big boy

  Went in just 15 minutes before closing but were certainly made welcome. Very clean, organized, and well run establishment. The service was excellent.
  
  Oh, and the fish and chips was surprisingly tasty; flaky, tender and fried to perfection.
