I was informed they do not offer breakfast food, which is unusual since the Jenison location was awesome and does have such options. The coffee was burnt or old, no creamer or skim milk, when asked to refill creamer they informed me that they were too busy to help. Extremely unprofessional employee I would not recommend anyone going to that location. However, the Jenison location was a perfect example of epic customer service.May 03, 2017
